How do I get my broken product replaced under warranty?

Sabine tuners and metronomes warranty period is for two years from the date of purchase and is limited to the original owner.  See the product’s operator guide at www.Sabine.com for details.  Contact the retailer who sold the product for a warranty replacement.  If your retailer is out of business, or otherwise cannot provide a replacement, request a return authorization directly from Sabine at CustomerService@Sabine.com.  A proof of purchase showing the defect occurred within the warranty period is required.  Claims without proof of purchase cannot be processed.

FAQ:  I have a missing or broken battery door, clip, etc. on my tuner or metronome.  How can I get it replaced?

Sabine recommends that you order the replacement part through the company where you purchased your tuner or metronome.
We are happy to include a replacement free with their next regular order.

Otherwise, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
Sabine, Inc, c/o Customer Service, 13301 Hwy 441, Alachua, FL 32615-8544, USA.
The replacement will be free if you send proof of purchase and the unit is under warranty.

Please include a check or money order for $5.00 to cover the minimum processing fee. Alternatively, call us with your credit card number and we will process your order and pay the freight for $7.95. Include a note letting us know your email address, the model number of the product, a detailed description of the part you need (or better still, a photo or drawing).

FAQ: Do you have replacement pads for AX-Tuners?

Unfortunately, the company that made the material for our AX-Tuner pads does not make it anymore.  Pads cannot be replaced but they can often be revived.

FAQ:  AX Tuners: My AX tuner does not stick to my instrument.  How do I restore the stickiness?

Put a dab of dish soap (or any other soap without lotion) on your fingertip and rub it in circular motion on the pad.  Then carefully wipe it clean with a clean damp cloth.  Make sure you do not get water inside the case.

FAQ: AX Tuners: How do I remove the residue left on my instrument after I remove the AX Tuner?

Usually, any residue will come up with a little guitar polish followed by some guitar wax.  You might also try rubbing a dab of dish soap on your finger in a circular motion.  Then you can wipe it off with a clean damp cloth.

Sabine recommends that you remove the AX tuner after use to reduce the chances of residue.

FAQ:  AX Tuner: Reset procedures:

The AX Tuner with rev.1.05 firmware sometimes locks up.  Removing the battery and shorting the positive battery clip to the negative battery clip usually resets the microprocessor.

FAQ: What size jack does the MT9000 and Zipbeat6000 use for the ear bud?

3mm or 1/8” mono

FAQ:  How do I connect the metronome into a sound system?

Make a wire connector with 1/8” mono jack on one end and the appropriate jack on the other for the mixer.  Plug into the line level jack.  If that does not give you enough gain, try the mic input.

FAQ:Zoid 1000 & 2000 Tuners:What do the tic marks on Zoid needle display indicate?

The tick marks on your Zoid tuner display are about 13 cents flat and sharp.  The third note of the well-tempered scale is about 13 cents flat.  This causes problems with instruments that have fixed intonation like keyboards and fretted instruments.  Savvy users can use these tick marks to help compensate.
